Suzanne Capezzone is the Co-Founder and Chairwoman of Le K2 Collections, renowned for its luxury hotels in the French Alps. Alongside her husband Philippe, she embarked on this journey
in 1998 by transforming a chalet in Courchevel into a high-end hotel, laying the foundation for a prestigious collection of properties, including Le K2 Palace, Le K2 Altitude, Le K2 Djola, and Le
K2 Chogori.

Passionate about décor and art, Suzanne has infused each property with a unique atmosphere, blending Tibetan influences with contemporary design to create warm and refined spaces. Her
dedication to excellence and keen sense of hospitality have established Le K2 Collections as a benchmark in alpine luxury hospitality.

Thomas Capezzone is a key figure in luxury hospitality, currently serving as Vice President of Le K2 Collections hotel group. Trained as an interior architect, he began his career within the family
business, combining hotel management with real estate development.

He played a pivotal role in the opening of four luxury hotels in the French Alps, renowned for their unique design and exceptional guest experiences. His expertise and vision are central to the
group’s commitment to excellence and innovation.

Today, Thomas leads the international expansion of Le K2 Collections, with the ambition of establishing the brand as a global benchmark. His leadership continues to shape the future of
luxury hospitality, ensuring the growth and success of the group.

Emily Capezzone oversees operations at Le K2 Chogori in Val-d’Isère, a prestigious property within Le K2 Collections group. With a background in hospitality management and extensive
experience in luxury hospitality, Emily is dedicated to delivering an exceptional guest experience that combines sophistication with authenticity.

Jerome Revuelta is an accomplished professional in the luxury hospitality sector, currently serving as CEO of Le K2 Collections hotel group. With extensive experience in hotel management and
a deep understanding of the luxury market, Jerome plays a central role in upholding the high standards and exceptional service for which Le K2 Collections is renowned.

Throughout his career, Jerome has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to excellence, leading teams with a focus on delivering unparalleled guest experiences. His strategic approach and
operational expertise have been crucial to the successful management and growth of the group’s luxury properties.

As CEO, Jerome Revuelta continues to champion Le K2 Collections’ mission of excellence, overseeing daily operations and ensuring that each hotel maintains the brand’s reputation for
quality and innovation. His leadership is vital to the group’s ongoing success and ambitious plans for future expansion.

Born in Brittany, Jean-Alain Baccon has always maintained an adventurous and visionary spirit. Today, as CEO of Le K2 Collections, he oversees all F&B activities as well as the coordination
of the group’s dining operations. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Les Grandes Tables du Monde.

Trained as a sommelier, he began his career in prestigious maisons in France and England. Joining Le K2 Collections in 2001, he was responsible for the development of Le Kilimandjaro hotel and its restaurant, La Table du Kilimandjaro** in Courchevel 1850. Under his guidance, the restaurant quickly earned its first Michelin star, followed by a second a few years later.

In 2011, Le K2 Palace joined Le K2 Collections group. Built on the mountainside, Le K2 Palace is the group’s flagship property. Jean-Alain Baccon coordinates the various trades and ensures that the F&B offerings meet all the standards of a Palace. A creator of style, he has developed both traveler-focused restaurants such as Aïnata and the Altiplano restaurants in Courchevel and Val d’Isère, as well as high-end signature establishments. Thanks to his leadership, Le K2 Collections achieved two Michelin stars in 2017 for Le Montgomerie** at K2 Altitude, as well as for Kintessence** and Sarkara** at K2 Palace.

Driven by a desire to reimagine dessert cuisine, Jean-Alain Baccon decided to focus his efforts on Sarkara** alongside Sébastien Vauxion. This one-of-a-kind pastry restaurant opens new culinary perspectives for a scene hungry for discovery. Together with Sébastien, he inscribes his vision of the gastronomy of tomorrow within a perfectly tailored setting.

From her native Russia to the heights of Courchevel, Olga Landa has pursued her ambitions with determination and passion. Trained in management and accounting, she began her career in a commercial setting before discovering her true calling: tourism. After settling in France, in Nice, she quickly distinguished herself in the hospitality sector, before joining Le Kilimandjaro hotel in
2001.

Over the years, Olga Landa climbed the ranks, from Head Receptionist to Sales Director, and then to Deputy Director. Today, as Executive Director of Le K2 Collections, she embodies charismatic
leadership, combining empathy, discipline, and attention to detail. Her managerial vision is rooted in teamwork and guest satisfaction, values she passionately imparts to the group’s employees.

Olga Landa draws her strength from the collective drive and trust that prevail within the Maisons Le K2 Collections. Dynamic and positive, she inspires and guides her teams with contagious energy, while steering the ambitions of Le K2 Collections to new heights.

Passionate about hospitality from a young age, Jeremy Froger has turned his dream into reality. After giving up his ambition to become an airline pilot, he enrolled at the École Hôtelière de
Lausanne, where he discovered his vocation for luxury hospitality. This passion soon led him to Courchevel, first at Hôtel Le Seizena, and then at Le K2 Palace, where he successfully climbed the
ranks over fifteen years to become Executive Director of Le K2 Collections.

An inspiring and versatile manager, Jeremy Froger stands out for his ability to motivate his teams and drive innovation. Under his leadership, the maisons of Le K2 Collections have benefited from
bespoke IT tools and processes, optimizing daily operations. He embodies the values of the group: excellence, dedication, and a constant pursuit of perfection.
