Les Toques Blanches Lyonnaises – Le Sarkara

Founded in 1978, Les Toques Blanches Lyonnaises is an organisation which promotes and showcases regional expertise and products and encourages the training of young chefs.

Since then, it has welcomed chefs from Lyon, the Rhône-Alpes Auvergne region and further afield through its system of sponsorship. 

Having kindly been sponsored by Christophe Bacquié and Sébastien Bouillet, Sébastien Vauxion has enjoyed a particularly warm welcome from the organisation’s members. Le Sarkara’s kitchen and dining room teams are very proud!
